Our hazelnuts are sourced locally from a small, family-owned orchard in Katikati. Each one is harvested by hand, with real care, then folded through our own bean-to-bar chocolate.
The result is simple and honest: rich, crunchy hazelnuts through smooth, melt-in-the-mouth chocolate. A slab made for sharing (or not).
