After a boat journey all the way from Malekula Island to the stunning Auckland Port, our precious cacao beans finally arrive at their destination in Whangamatà, nestled in the breathtaking Coromandel Peninsula. And that's when the real magic begins.

In our cozy Coromandel chocolate kitchen, we take pride in making chocolate the old-fashioned way. Using traditional machines, we start by roasting, cracking, and winnowing the beans. Then, we skillfully coach and refine the cacao nibs into luxurious, silky chocolate.

Our role as chocolate makers doesn't end there. We also love to create the most delectable recipes to satisfy your taste buds. From bars and bonbons to batons, ganache, praline, nougatine, and more, we invite you to explore the wide range of treats we have to offer.
