We combine the tea’s soft floral notes and gentle tannins with exceptional Pacific-sourced cacao beans and organic New Zealand milk powder for a smooth, creamy finish.
The result is a refined pairing of New Zealand-grown tea and carefully crafted chocolate.
This elegant, artisanal crafted chocolate will please the cacao lovers. The cacao beans are from Malekula Island, Vanuatu in the small village of Pinalum. We apply a light roast to conserve the amazing work of the farmers which results give us beautiful berries, fig and banana notes.
